Core Cases is happy to provide a full refund for any returned merchandise postmarked within 15 days of your receipt of the product. We are only able to process returns and refunds for items purchased directly from CoreCases. Follow these simple steps to ensure a prompt and accurate refund for your return: 1. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without an RMA# written clearly on the outside of the package. 2. The product must be returned in new, original condition with no signs of use or wear. If the item arrived wrapped in retail packaging, you must include that with your return. Failure to include retail packaging will result in a 50% restocking fee. 3. Simply print out your order confirmation and attach a note indicating the reason for your return and include this with your shipment.
